Why do I not see any emails regarding orders in my inbox?
A) Please check your SPAM folder for emails from our store and drag the emails to the inbox. Ensure our domain is whitelisted in your email account so emails from us do not land up in your SPAM folder.

How can I contact you?
A) Please use our chat box for quick response. You can also WhatsApp us at 8861375796. Our email is contact@modishfolks.in. 

How much do I pay for the item?
A) You only pay the amount listed on our site. There are NO extra charges such as tax, etc. Shipping is free.  

I see a design on a T-shirt on your website, but it is not available for my gender and/or product type. Can you get that design for my product type?
A) Absolutely. Please take a picture of the t-shirt of your chosen color with your desired design and send it to us. Do mention the desired size and gender. We will contact you. 

Do you have a shipping/return policy?
A) Please see our Returns and Refund Page. 

Do you accept orders through WhatsApp/Chat also?
A) Yes, please take a picture of your selected item and send it using preferably the chat box or at our WhatsApp number 8861375796. Please mention the size, gender and color. We will get back to you and send you the payment info/link. Upon receiving payment, we will ship the item.  

Is the actual product exactly like the one shown in the product image?
A) The product image is the exact or very close representation of the actual product. 

What modes of payment do you accept?
A) You can pay through credit/debit cards, net banking on our website. If you order through WhatsApp, you can pay through UPI. We are currently not selling through COD.
