Shipping and Refunds
How soon do you ship the item?
A) The item is shipped by air courier within three days of placing the order. For orders that have more than one item, the shipping time may became a bit longer though we will still try to ship it within three days.
Do you give refunds or replace items?
A) Yes. If the item is defective or damaged, please send us a picture of the item within 5 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a reverse courier. Once the defective item has been picked up, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement as per your wish.
Refunds will not be issued if an item is undelivered due to an incorrect address or postal code. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
Can I cancel an order?
A) Yes but please inform us through chat or WhatsApp within 3 hours of placing the order. Once the item goes into production, we will not accept any cancellations.
